I work closely with internal teams to provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner. To me, every conversation is more than just problem-solving—it is an opportunity to create a positive experience, strengthen customer satisfaction, and build long-term trust and loyalty.

Why We Started

My name is Sam Piliero, founder of Nerivoa.

A few years ago, I began noticing something frustrating.
