How do I track my order?

All Nerivoa orders are shipped with full tracking.
You’ll be sent an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can track it at any time.

Some deliveries may require a signature, depending on the carrier and delivery location.


How long does order processing take?

Your order will usually be processed on the same or next business day. Whether it’s processed same day or next business day depends on the time of your order.

  • Orders placed before 12pm are generally processed same day

  • Orders placed after 12pm are generally processed the following business day

This happens in the vast majority of cases. Please note that due to matters outside our control, processing may take a little longer in rare cases.

If you order on the weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on weekends.


When should I expect my delivery if I am located in Australia?

Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier route.
Estimated delivery for Australia is 5–10 business days.

You can track your package every step of the way.

In metro areas, deliveries may arrive sooner. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

We work hard to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. However, once it’s with the carrier, delivery timing is handled by third-party couriers.

If you believe that your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender, or missing, please contact our customer support team so we can assist as quickly as possible.

To help us respond faster, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The full name used to place the order

All queries will be responded to within 48 hours (business days). You will usually receive a response faster on weekdays. Please note that our customer support is not monitored on weekends, so you may not receive a response until the next business day.


I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?

We understand that mistakes can happen and we want to help you receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Immediately after placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to review and update your shipping address. This email is sent automatically after each order — it may end up in your junk or spam folder, so please check there too.

You have 60 minutes from the time of your purchase to make changes through this link.

If you can’t locate the email or encounter any issues, please contact us right away. While we cannot guarantee changes (as we process orders quickly), we’ll do our best to assist you.

Please note: our warehouse may charge a $9.00 fee for address modifications due to manual handling. If you supplied an incorrect address and request a change, this fee may be charged before the update can be processed.
